The hotel was clean and had a fun friendly vibe. The lobby definitely has a WOW factor. It's a funky, comfortable, and entertaining space. There is visual stimulation everywhere in this hotel. The Junior suite was equipped with everything we needed and offered our family ample space. The hotel offers quick and sit down breakfast options along with a coffee bar. The staff was so...incredibly friendly and helpful. And..we were like a 6 minute walk from the Monorail, Space Needle, & Mopop Museum and...so much more. There is a grocery store down the street and Mammoth (which is a delicious sandwich spot) is 2 blocks away. I felt like the location of the hotel was very convenient with ample amenities nearby. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel:).

What a fun hotel to stay at! The atmosphere is really cool and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra nice. We were celebrating my birthday and going to a concert and they had decorations, balloons and a personal note when we arrived to our room! It was such a surprise! The room is clean and the duvet is sooooo comfortable. They also have a fun bar and cute café. + such a convient location; walking distance to Seattle Center! We would Definitely stay again!

Okay, we picked StayPineapple for our trip to Seattle and let me just say, we would not have had such a stellar time without this place to come back to. 5 minutes from the Space Needle and Pop-Culture Museum was perfect for our touristy agenda. Jordan, Kali, and Chandra were all extremely kind and professional. Kali checked us in and was extremely helpful in showing us around the hotel. Jordan hooked us up with some solid options for bars and clubs on Saturday and was an overall super nice guy. Chandra took the cake however and sent us home with some really cool commemorative pineapple mugs to always remember our trip! The rooms were super clean, the layout was interesting and the European-style comforters were cool touches. Overall, the aesthetic, cleanliness and dedication to outstanding service by the staff significantly contributed to the overall success of our trip and we will DEFINITELY be returning.

We had a great overnight stay! The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious- we had the French toast (which was so tasty, we had to ask how he chef prepared it and what kind of bread was used - Tuscan btw), pancakes, American scramble and avocado toast - all were cooked perfectly and our server (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet! Overall a delightful experience! We’ve stayed at the Pineapple hotel in the U District and it’s equally awesome! Both are super dog-friendly as well, which is great since we travel with our pooch 😊.

Great place to stay if you're attending an event at Climate Pledge Arena. This our go to. Hotel staff is some of the best I've seen. Very friendly and helpful and atmosphere is welcoming. Small bar and restaurant area but again staff is great. It is somewhat limited food menu but liquor selection is good for a hotel bar. I liked the pizza and meat and cheese plate. Breakfast is again somewhat limited but they have a scramble and a 2 egg breakfast that is good. Spicey bloody Mary is on spicey side.

The Maxwell was a wonderful hotel experience. The people were genuinely positive and helpful. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We stayed in a "diva suite" and made the most of the jacuzzi tub and patio with a view. The eclectic design and decor choices created fun and unique areas, while the duvets, robes, and bathtowels made everything luxurious and cozy. The little touches like the reusable water bottle and high-quality chocolates, coffee, and tea made it clear that they appreciate and value the guests. We travel to the Seattle area at least twice a year and The Maxwell is officially our accommodations choice. Their location is perfect for our needs and their pricing and services sealed the deal.

I checked in and was given my parking pass immediately & was able to park & be in the room in under 6 minutes. The room was decorated in a winter wonderland theme which was thoughtfully & tastefully done w/ a Xmas tree & white canopies over the beds & various Xmas themed decor around the entire room. We took our complimentary drink passes handed out at checkout & sat at the bar downstairs for a pre dinner drink. The staff was warm, friendly & attentive. The beds were very comfortable & we slept great! The next morning before checkout we grabbed coffee in the lobby at the espresso bar. The coffee was delicious & was expedited very quickly as we were in a hurry to commute to work. All in all a great experience especially for an overnight date night or getaway with kids.

I must say that Molly and Kulsum at the restaurant were the absolute best. Their overall vibe, kindness, and the info they provided about places to visit in town was amazing. Cindy the chef makes the best breakfast. The hotel overall is also really cool. Modern chic is how I’d describe it. I’ve travelled the world and this hotel just had that something extra that makes you feel at home. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping crew was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

My son and I stayed here for two nights to see a football game. The proximity to downtown was a quick Uber ride but lots of public transit options. The rooms were very nice and I like the area the hotel was in. A little nicer than right downtown. Our check in process was very easy as we did the pre check-in online. The people at the front desk were always smiling and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
